Easy 30-day exchanges
Wrong size? Send it back unworn and in its tags within 30 days. A return costs nothing and is refunded in full; a size exchange is a flat fee, or free at a partner shop near you. No cancellation fee, no judgment.
Shipping
Israel: up to 14 business days, and shipping is free whatever you order.
US, Canada, UK & Europe: 14–21 business days via tracked international post, and shipping is free whatever you order.
A tracking number is sent the moment your parcel leaves us, so you can follow it all the way to the door.
Prices are charged in US dollars; on the Hebrew site the shekel figure is a daily conversion of that same price, and the final amount appears at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or local taxes are set by your own country and are not included.
Exchanges & returns
We want the fit to be right - that's the whole point. You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return, for any reason. Items should be unworn, with their tags still on.
Changing size: a size exchange costs $17, wherever you are. Tell Edna the size you need and she'll send the new one and collect the old one.
Or at a shop near you, at no cost: the brand is carried in stores abroad. Tell Edna where you are and she'll check whether one is close enough to swap it there.
Returning it: a return costs you nothing. Once your unworn item reaches us with its original tag, we refund the full amount to your original payment method - credit card or PayPal.
Received a faulty item? Let us know within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at our cost, with no exchange fee.

How to start an exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you'd like instead.
- We'll confirm availability and send simple return instructions the same day.
- Pop the item back in its packaging. Once it's on its way, we ship your new size.
